Our digital channels make processing and paying your claims convenient and faster

LA Health makes it easy for you to submit your medical scheme claims when you use one of our digital channels. We offer convenient ways to make processing your claims easier and faster.

Submit your medical scheme claims fast and easy in any of these 3 digital ways:

1. Discovery app

• Go to 'Claims' under 'Health tab' and click on the + icon.
• Select either 'Submit a photo of claim' or 'Scan QR code on claim'.
  • Use the camera on your phone to take a picture of your claim or
  • Use your phone to scan the QR code on your claim provided by your healthcare professional.

• Click Submit.

2. Upload your claim

• Log in with your registered login details.
• Click on the 'Claims' tab at the top of the screen.
• Click on the 'Submit a claim' tab.
• Click on 'Upload now' and follow the steps and click 'Submit'.
