It helps you if we have the right details for you. It speeds up handling everything from authorising hospital admissions to paying claims. It also helps us to let you know of important changes to your membership, like new benefits.

Update your details online

Update your details using our website:

1. Open your browser and go to www.lahealth.co.za and log in with your username and password or register if you have not yet done so.
2. Hold your mouse over the My details tab and select Update details.
3. You will receive a one-time password to the cellphone number or email address on record. Add this in to proceed to the next step.
4. Check that your personal, contact and address details are correct and update anything that's changed.
5. Click on Submit to save your new details.
6. And you're done! Now you know you won't miss important messages.
